Property owner Cliff Young inquired about getting a drawing of utility lines on land purchased for development at the corner of Starr and Barber Streets in Hemphill. Young stated his developers needed a drawing to get plans together. City Manager Laure Morgan said that she was working on what documentation the city had. Alderman Lee Dutton suggested Young call 8-1-1 as a source of finding what lines cross the property.
