Sabine County Arrest Report through August 12, 2019 from Blan Greer Law Enforcement Center.
August 7, 2019:
Steven Lynn Boren, 43, of Milam was arrested by Sabine County Sheriff Deputy Johnny Jackson. Boren was charged no drivers license.
Johnnie Marin Hogan, 60, of Hemphill was arrested by Sabine County Sheriff Deputy Bradley Turner. Hogan was charged with harassment.
Megan Elizabeth Chambers Jones, 21 of Hemphill was arrested by Sabine County Sheriff Deputy Bradley Turner. Chambers was charged with possession controlled substance penalty group 1-less than one gram.
August 8, 2019:
David Wayne Boyd, 55, of Hemphill was arrested by Texas Ranger James Hicks. Boyd was charged with sexual assault, indecent exposure, and official oppression.
Charles Wilmer Neal II, 49, of Pineland was arrested by Sabine County Sheriff Deputy Joseph MacDonough. Neal was charged with failure to comply with sex offender duty to register (life-90 years).
Joshua Bradley Rush, of Bronson 36, was arrested by Hemphill Police Office Alec Eichler. Rush was charged with possession of marijuana less than two ounces, and driving while license invalid.
August 9, 2019:
Brandon Dewayne Jones, 36, of Hemphill was arrested by Hemphill Police Officer Alec Eichler. Jones was charged with no drivers license.
Brittany Shay White, 32, of Pineland was arrested by Hemphill Police Officer Alec Eichler. White was charged with two counts driving while license invalid, two counts no liability insurance.
August 11, 2019:
Chevy Scott Faught, 19, of Houston was arrested by Sabine County Sheriff Deputy Sgt Leon Miller. Faught was charged with bail jumping and failure to appear.
The persons named here have been charged, but not proven guilty of the alleged crimes stated. This information is obtained by written request to the Sheriff's Office from Daily News and More, under the Texas Public Information Act Government Code Chapter 551.
