Sabine County Sheriff's Office Arrest Report through  November 21, 2022, from the Blan Greer Law Enforcement Center.

Date of arrest, and arresting officer were not included in this weeks report when received.

November 14-21, 2022:

Stuart Davis Bagala, 41, of San Augustine, was charged with criminal mischief greater than or equal to $2,500 but less than $30,000, and two counts harassment. A $25,000 combined bond was set.

Nico Wayne Gray, 28, of Nacogdoches, was charged with possession of marijuana less than two ounces. A $7,500 bond was set.

Dakota Lynn Heroux, 29, of Ball LA, was charged with unauthorized use of vehicle, and burglary of habitation. An $8,500 bond was set.

Curtis Allen Paddie III, 21, of Hemphill, was charged with criminal mischief greater than or equal to $750 but less than $2,500. A $5,000 bond was set.

Michael Robert Risser, 51, of Hemphill, was charged with two counts aggravated assault with deadly weapon, two counts unlawful possession of firearm by felon, and possession control substance penalty group 2-A less than or equal to two ounces. A $157,500 combined bond was set.

Rhonda Lynn Smith, 44, of Lufkin, was charged with a motion for adjudication of guilt. A $12,000 bond was set.

Aron Wayne Turley, 22, of Hemphill, was charged with motion for adjudication of guilt, and abandon endanger child. A $65,000 combined bond was set.

Daylena Rose Whaley, 40, of Clyde TX, was charged with a one year state jail court commitment. 

The persons named here have been charged, but not proven guilty of the alleged crimes stated. This information is obtained by written request to the Sheriff's Office from Daily News and More, under the Texas Public Information Act Government Code Chapter 551.
