Don't miss the annual Sabine County Farmers Market Chili Cook-Off on Saturday, Dec. 7th.  Anyone is eligible to enter their special chili recipe to win cash prizes. Participants will begin setting up their crock-pots at 11 a.m., the chili does not have to be cooked on site. Judges will choose the overall best tasting chili for first prize and the public's taste-buds will be put to the test for the People's Choice Winner. Come by and grab a bowl! There is still time to enter if you think you have what it takes to win the title, the entry fee is $10.00.

The Sabine County Farmers and Artisans Market is open every Saturday beginning at 9 a.m. and located on the corner of Texas Street, and Market Street in Hemphill.
